Planning a house refurb, such as an extension, and need to test layouts? Or, moving into an new space and need to find the best furniture arrangement? My carefully drawn furnished 3D floorplans will eliminate the risk of expensive mistakes and showcase a beautifully balanced appearance of zones with great flow, however big or small the space. Furniture measurements included.
Interior architecture
Bought a fixer-upper? This service is great for reconfiguring a home's flow, whether for a full house or a single storey. Carve out new spaces to create larger rooms, ensuites, wardrobe rooms and more. This consultation service will provide you with 2D floorplans to take to your builder, structural engineer and building control. If a site survey is required for taking accurate measurements, an additional fee will be charged.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Signature service

Using my Designed For You approach, this experiential package includes design surveys, moodboards and an inventory of furniture recommendations to populate against a 3D furniture floorplan. Styling, flooring and wall finishes can also be included.

Make your dream kitchen a reality by making decisions on room layout, size, storage organisation and accessories with confidence. See your plan in 3D layouts and receive technical drawings to share with your joiner or kitchen supplier.
Lighting design
A must for home refurbishments, my electric plans pinpoint exact locations for lights and light switches, plug sockets, tv cables and thermostats. More than that, I'll create a beautiful lighting scheme that includes primary and ambient lighting to suit your mood.

There are hundreds of parts that complete a build and a successful project requires knowledge and organisation.
